LUMC Men's Ministry Monthly Breakfast

7:30-9:00 am, 3rd Saturday

Our next breakfast is Sept. 20th at the West End Diner in the tent in back.  No advanced orders required.

This is a time the men of the church come together for fellowship  to sharpen each other as Iron Sharpens Iron.

We know in the  business of our lives that being away from family on a Saturday morning can be hard but we make a point to start and end on time. and we follow a covenant  of trust and respect.

Details of the series:  Dig deeper into what it means to step up and live a courageous life with Stepping Up: A Call to Courageous Living Video Series. Goals of the Ministry to Men
  • We will serve God by serving in our church.
  • We will serve God by serving in our community.
  • We will serve God by serving in our families.
  • As leaders in our church, community & families, we must make sure we leave a good legacy.
There is a substantial amount of study that proves there are many benefits when men take an active, positive role in their families;
  1. The families are stronger and more stable.
  2. If the father takes his family to church, the children are more likely to attend on their own as adults and take their families. What a great legacy to pass on!
  3. The men have better relationships with their wives.
  4. The children are emotionally stronger, more confident, and less likely to become victims.
